Anand Murthy Raj Anand Murthy Raj is associate partner at Gladwell Academy. He is the first SPCT in Asia.
He is certified SPCT (SAFe Program Consultant Trainer) and a leader with a vision to bring in great difference and excellence in the organization there by multiplying business/value to achieve greater heights.18 years of experience in the IT industry through which he brought in strong management background and versatile experience in Agile Coaching. Software Project Management, Support, Operations management, customer management, process management, people management and vendor/partner management.
Anand has been conducted SAFe Agilist certification training globally to more than 500 professionals in the last 15 months with a pass rate of 99%. Received the AGILE PROJECT OF THE YEAR 2015 IN IT PRODUCTS” category organized by UNICOM. Currently working as an Enterprise Agile Coach and transforming Philips Inc into SAFe.
Sathyanaraynan HR SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) at Gladwell Academy.
He is a leader with a vision to bring in great difference and excellence in the organization there by delivering business/value to achieve organization growth and customer satisfaction. He has 15 plus years of experience in the IT industry through which he brought in strong management background and versatile experience in Agile Coaching. He is also a speaker in many Agile conferences and meetups. Sathya has been conducted SAFe certification trainings in the last 3 years to 500 + participants and trained over 4000 people on various Agile frameworks across Europe, China, India and Israel. He received Agile coach of the year award – 2017 in an international conference organized by Unicom in India.
Ali Hajou SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) at Gladwell Academy.
Ali gives training using his experiences from the trenches. As a consultant he has employed multiple roles, ranging from Agile Coach, Agile Change Agent, and Transformation lead to lead, manage, and organize large Agile Transformations. His Agile experience goes back to 2009, whilst his experience with scaling Agile goes back to 2015. The use of practical examples, interpretations, and the sharing of the many hurdles and mistakes made along the way are reported to be very valuable to his trainings. His ability to provide great trainings combined with his proven track record of experience have made him into the youngest “SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT)” globally. His interest lies primarily in sculpting Agile methods, practices, and approaches within non-trivial, complex, and highly governed enterprises. It is his personal challenge to find out how Agile can bring value to the local context. This has brought him to publish various academic articles and is regularly asked to speak at conferences to share about the real impact of Agile in big organisations.
Marijt Weerts SPC, RTE and Senior Agile Coach trainer at Gladwell Academy
Marijt Weerts is a certified Senior Agile coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Black Belt in Lean and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She is also a Validated SPC Co-Trainer, and has more than ten years of experience in implementing Agile and Lean at international complex organizations. Marijt combines a result-driven mentality with the ability to motivate people to adjust to change. Her creative attitude often results in unexpected results. She coaches and motivates teams to be succesfull and to achieve maximum result. She had a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Leeuwarden, the Netherlands). Marijt is decisive, enterprising, has a result-oriented approach, socially skilled and involved. Besides her work she loves to go out and explore with family and friends.
