SPCTs and SPCs
We are one of the first Scaled Agile Gold SPCT partners in the Netherlands. The trainers are Certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) and SAFe Program Consultant Trainers (SPCT). The SPCT certificate is the highest certificate awarded by Scaled Agile.
We do also work with a few dozen SPCs as a trainer. These too are experienced consultants who make the switch to the training room with enthusiasm.
Professional Scrum Trainer Network
Furthermore, Gladwell Academy is a recognized member of the Professional Scrum Trainer Network. This authorizes us to offer Scrum training courses all over the world, given by Professional Scrum Trainers recognized by Scrum.org.

Online environment
Gladwell Academy works with an online learning environment. Our single learning management system (LMS) connects all the people, content, and systems that fuel education. Our students and trainers use the user-friendly environment for everything: from uploading assignments to administering quizzes to communicating directly with each other. Digitising the classroom experience through a comprehensive LMS has irreversibly changed the classroom. Students can receive personalised, one-on-one feedback and communicate with each other on a regular basis.
